Who in the Uk clears your shipments?

We will contact the relevant agent to receive the correct and complete import data in advance.
When the import is properly arranged we will be able to take further steps to complete the export papers and retrieve your shipment.

How does Systematic handle shipments to Ireland and Northern Ireland?

Our route goes around the UK. We go by boat via Ireland and arrive at Dublin harbour.
The shipments to Northern Ireland then continue by land, so that we currently do not have to start an export and import procedure for this.

What we need from you for a lawful export of your shipment to the UK

In order to be able to lawfully export your shipment, we require the following from you for each shipment:

Address and name of the sender
Delivery address and customer name
Details of the goods; number of packages, weight, size, HS-code (commodity code)
EORI number and VAT number of the sender
EORI number and VAT number of the recipient
The original invoice (digital)
The CMR
Country of origin of the goods
